Publicações
The artist explores the sensitivity of alabaster through singular rereadings of this material. Tuscany’s translucent alabaster allows the creation of an aura of light in a “magical instant” that appears between the luminous spatial field and the sculpture of fragments. Thus appear Rio’s hills, the torsos, the childhood memories and the past, brought back by engraved gold leaves. Everything is created to explore the limits of the look.
