Mountains

Simple stone pieces or fragments, almost ready-made, barely altered, can thus transform into mountain skylines or lunar waste. A quiet mimetic voracity seems to take over Maria-Carmen Perlingeiro’s sculpture. It is an existential moment of openness, of sensitive investment on the prodigious diversity of the world of life. Everything deserves a second skin.
